Follow Up Calls



Follow up on call details passed.

Once you have passed the details to the engineer you will need to select Call Details Passed

Select Call Details Passed

This will bring up a prompt for the follow up call:

You will need to click on the Follow up call in 60 mins div. This will then bring up a similar box to when a call is being placed into dispatch. The time in which the call will need to be delayed for will automatically be selected

Put into Queue Time

You will then need to place the call in the queue.

The call will then display in the dispatch queue as below.

A small flag will show next to the time when the call is due.

When the call is due you will need to load the call up like a normal call in dispatch and then click on “Log Follow-Up Call”, This can be found in the rota and at the bottom on the screen.

This will then create a new patch entry for the person you have called.

Once all follow up has been completed select follow up call from the status list and then save.
